The Hebrew month of Cheshvan represents a month of physical and spiritual potential. It’s a moment of choice on our spiritual journeys to either ascend with focus, faith, and determination or descend in negligence. Be aware of: Counterfeit worship: The enemy will try to distract you with idols to keep your focus away from the Lord. Ask the Lord to keep you steadfast in Him. The dual nature of the month: There will be moments of great potential to either flow forward or fall backward. However, the greater the opportunity, the greater the risk. Choose to flow forward. A rise in the flesh: The battle for us to subdue our flesh to fully realize our full potential is great this month. Focus on the eternal purposes and nature of God.
