Hey guys welcome back to this channel. In this video, I interviewed my friend and team member Gurinder Bir, who is a real estate agent in Windsor, Ontario. He used to live in Toronto for the last 4 years and invested in Windsor Ontario. In this video we spoke about how to do long distance investing and its PROS and CONS. Gurinder Bir started off as an IT employee when he first moved to Canada and then went ahead to do BRRR to one of his first purchased properties in Vancouver without even knowing what BRRR stands for. Crazy right? We then follow on about why Gurinder got into real estate investing in the first place and it follows his journey as he moved to Toronto and now moved to Windsor Ontario. Gurinder started to invest from Toronto for properties in Windsor (out of town investing) and eventually moved to Windsor with his entire family.
