To show you the difference between dividend stocks vs ETFs, I'll go through 9 different points and compare both of them. These are: 1. Returns - what is the return potential when comparing dividend etfs vs individual stocks. 2. Opportunities - which one is better for taking advantage of great opportunities, such as recessions or stock crashes. 3. Yield - do dividend exchange traded funds pay better or worse dividend yield than individual dividend stocks? 4. Transparency - How easy is it to understand and research? This is a key difference between dividend etfs vs dividend stocks and one which could make you sway for one of the other. 5. Control - How much say do you have in terms of which stocks are in your portfolio, which sectors when to sell & buy... 6. Fees - Which is better in terms of fees?
