Fill the cooling system until the coolant level is above the maximum level use A.V.G special adapters (1274/10) and (1274/8) or any other suitable funnl then open the bleeder screw located behind the bulkhead beneath the front windscreen add coolat to the cooling system until all the air is forced out of the building hole and wait until air bubbles free coolant emerges out of the bleeder screw hole, then then tighten the bleeder screw and take the coolant level to the maximum level in the expansion tank and put the expansion tank cup on and tighten it. Now, turning the ignition on and make sure the AC is off, and turn the cabinet air selector nob to the maximum high heat and turn the heater blower fan switch to the lowest position which will be position one , the start the engine and rev the engine to 2000 rpm for the period of 2 minutes after that leave the engine runs idling until it reaches its Operating temperature, ofter the reaches its Operating temperature, rev the engine again to 2000 rpm for 2 minutes then turn the engine off and wait for the engine to be completely cold, when the engine is completely cold, top the cooling system again to the maximum level and put the expansion tank cup on and secure it.
