Next, put into clean water for 45 minutes (do change water once during this period) Slice the pork, add ½ teaspoon of salt 1 kettle of hot water Mince garlic ✿Steps 1. First, put in oil to heat the wok 2. Add garlic and fry until it fragrance is released 3. Add pork and fry accordingly 4. Pour in hot water (Water level just covered pork) 5. Cover the wok and let it cook for 10 mins (during the time open the cover and stir fry 1 time) 6. Add preserved mustard tuber and fry accordingly 7.
