We first tried a spray cleaner whilst the exhaust system was still in one piece. This involved removing a upper sensor and spraying the fluid through the hole when the vehicle was running and up to temperature. This didn’t work as it was too far gone. So stage 2 was done the next day. We removed the DPF and performed a cleaning service first with a chemical and pressure system clean. Then rebuilt and fitted the system back on the car. Vehicle was then fully warmed up prior to starting Regeneration and a new oil and filter fitted. Worked a treat.
