UPA USB V1.3 Programmer Clone Self Test Failure for Test3 Test5 Test7 Voltage Adjustment Fix

In this video I'll show you how you can very simply correct when the hardware self test failure for a red edition UPA-USB V1.3 programmer clone shows a Test3, Test5, and/or Test7 failed message(s). These tests fail only because the measured voltage on P1 during the test was below the minimum voltage specification for the test. This is something anyone can correct themselves with only a small Phillips screwdriver by making a very small adjustment to the voltage regulator circuit built into the programmers printed circuit board (PCB). However, this adjustment mechanism is not found on all clones of the UPA-USB (UUSP) programmer, I can only say this video is applicable to the red edition v1.3 version.
