Zac Henderson shares a behind the scenes look at the creation of his Dark Matter series, and how he used the focus stacking tool of the Phase One XF to create highly detailed images. A medium format camera was important for this shoot since Zac wanted to reduce the number of images stitched together while still retaining exceptional detail. The Phase One IQ4 150MP was able to capture a single composition with up to a 40 image focus stack; a totally reasonable number of images to combine.
