Thank you for your support! - Geoff Mineral Creek trail is a cool trail that offers access to the Alpine Loop system in the San Juan Mountains of Colorado. You can access Poughkeepsie Gulch, Engineer Pass, Animas Forks Ghost Town, Cinnamon Pass and many more trails in that beautiful area. In this video we take you up the Mineral Creek Trail on our way to the Poughkeepsie Gulch Trail. There are a few rocky sections here and there that you might want to get out of the vehicle and evaluate and plan your line before attempting or have a spotter just to stay safe. None of these obstacles are really difficult, you just want to stay on the trail and not roll into the creek below. There is a short section of shelf road that is pretty exposed but not too bad as it is mostly pretty wide.
