This bruchetta recipe is too easy to make so you definitely have to try it. Ingredients: Bread 2 mozzarella balls (the size of a small orange) 200g Cherries 1 bulb of garlic 1 fresh basil stem 1/2 tsp oregano 1/2 tsp basil Olive oil Preparation: 1. Add cherries to a baking dish and drizzle with a generous amount of olive oil, then sprinkle oregano and basil. 2. Peel a whole bulb of garlic and place the peeled garlic cloves in a small baking dish too and add enough olive oil to cover the cloves. 3. Preheat the oven to 200°C and bake garlic for about 10min(check with a fork when it's done, it must be soft) and tomatoes for 20-30min. 4. In the meantime, slice up to 2 pieces of bread per person and grill it until golden 5. When the garlic and cherries and ready, take them out of the oven and start making your bruschetta by spreading the garlic on the bread, then add some mozzarella, sprinkle some pepper and salt then top with baked cherries, basil leaves and drizzle some balsamic vinegar. 6. mmm.. it's gorgeous ! 7.
