This is how I made a cheeseburger crunch wrap or smash burger crunch wrap on the Blackstone griddle. Very good blackstone griddle recipe and it was amazing. If you haven’t gotten one yet you need to get a Blackstone because Blackstone griddle cooking is great. In hindsight I wish I would’ve put more cheese on but it still came out pretty dang good. 1 large burrito shell 1/2lb patty with Serano peppers and onions mixed in it, smashed on the griddle 1/2 Cup of shredded cheese. I used a Mexican blend but use whatever you want 1/2 Cup of shredded lettuce 1/4 of a tomato diced up Creamy jalapeño sauce Two large cloves of garlic six jalapeños for about half of a pound 1/4 of a large yellow onion 1 teaspoon kosher or sea salt Half cup corn oil or whatever oil you prefer Boil jalapeños and onions for 15 minutes in a covered pot Mix everything together and blend until it is to your desired consistency
