I believe taking a break every once in a while is important. Sundays are my weekly break, where I allow myself to slow down, clean my space, and hit reset. It helps me a lot to have my living space organized and smelling good—it's almost a feeling of relief when I'm done cleaning. But what I enjoy the most is sitting on the couch and watching TV, that simple moment when I can say, "I made it, it's relaxation time."
