We made our already lightweight, streamlined, comfortable minimalist even better by taking the awesome feedback we received from our customers and creating the Minimalist 2.0! The Minimalist 2.0 still has removeable leg straps which allows for a full range of motion when walking in and out of your hunting area. When wearing the Minimalist 2.0 it doesn’t really feel like you’re wearing anything. When the bottom chassis webbing is secured to the upper chassis via our Webbuttons at each hip it feels like your wearing a belt. When in the tree and ready to hunt just slip the shock cord off each Webbutton to deploy the seat. Once deployed you have a full size saddle seat to enjoy the rest of your hunt in comfort. The Minimalist 2.0 features one full row of tight molle webbing at the upper chassis that extends all the way out to the bridge loops. This allows the user to attach their pouches farther forward on their hip making it easier to access their ropes and other accessories. On the Minimalist 2.0 we located the Viper lineman’s loop just below the upper chassis webbing giving it a more comfortable feel when ascending/descending the tree. Moving them down also allowed us to push them even farther forward on the users hips making finding them in low light conditions that much easier. Increasing the size of the Viper loops by 50% makes it a breeze clipping in a carabiner. The 1.5” ADF Raptor buckle waist belt keeps the Minimalist 2.0 comfortable and secure on the users waist. A 1” tubular webbing belay loop is sewn into the waist belt for leg strap attachment and an additional hook up point for your lifeline. The Minimalist 2.0 comes standard with an 8mm Rescue Tech bridge with 30+ inches of adjustment. If amsteel is more your style just let us know and we’ll be happy to accommodate.
