I thought I would take you along as I tackle my social anxiety. I occasionally do this exercise where I will go out in public by myself to try and conquer the voice in my head that is my anxiety, and this time i decided to vlog it! I’m not really confident in vlogging for YouTube especially out in public so this was a challenge for me. But I did it!
