Hi! I’m Cory. I own LS Concrete Coatings. We install high quality coatings on concrete. We are working on a 3200 square foot residential shop in this one. The grind is almost done. Now if only we can get all the little tasks knocked out to get the polyurea basecoat and flake applied today. If you are wondering what this work is, they are decorative floor coverings like epoxy garage floors with flake. We use a different material that gives us different benefits. Plus all of these floors have a topcoat of polyaspartic applied to seal the floor in. Once they get done pouring concrete it cures for at least 30 days before we can prep and apply our coating. Concrete will crack and stain and it is difficult to clean.
