Honda CBR 600 RR 03 04 Bypass Hiss ECU Mod

**EDIT THIS IS FOR PIN 29 NOT PIN 28** This Modification is for the Honda CBR 600RR 03 04 which allows you to by pass the HISS security system for your bike if you have lost all keys or converting a bike to a track bike without the HISS System. For this Mod you need the following 3.9 V Zener Diode Solder & Solder Wire US ECU ( Non Hiss ) Electric Tape Patience in my case i bought a CBR 600RR from the auctions which is a stolen recovered bike. it came with no ignition barrel and no keys and the bike is HISS secured, so what this means if you go a different path you will need a new ECU, New Ignition Barrel, New Key which can cost between $500-1000. So lets say your getting power to the bike and the fuel pump is not priming ? no chance you will bypass this. You put a US Ecu plug it in, you will have the same problem. The US ECU does not have a hiss security system, but the only thing they have which is different to the australian / eu loom is that they have a extra power source connected to the ecu on the grey connector which is pin hole 29. In the US on their cbr their ignition barrel connects to that pin hole 29 when they toggle the key it will send power to the ecu which will tell them pump to prime when the kill switch is flipped. So now your prob thinking the bike is all 12v tape into any 12v source on the bike to provide pin hole 29 power, Wrong, in the US they have a much easier security sytem they have a Zener Diode which when the key is turned it will send 9v to that extra pin hole which will make the fuel pump prime and the bike run. So what you need to do is find a suitable 12v source on the bike, i used the rear brake switch as it runs constant power and it isnt need for the track, you connect a 3.9 Zener Diode which will cut the power back to 9v (Make sure zener is in the right direction as it will not work) so.. (12 v Source) ===== 00 (3.9 Zener) 00 ====== (Pin Hole 29) make sure you solder on the following to ensure a smooth connection. Once this is done when you turn the switch and flip the kill switch the fuel pump will prime and you will be able to start the bike. This job will cost you a maximum of $150 depending on how cheap you get your US Ecu (Non HISS)
