ALOO & GOBI PARATHA| ढाबा स्टाइल आलू और गोबी पराँठा बनाने की विधि

In this video you will find two Paratha recipes, Aloo(Potato) and Gobi(Cauliflower) Paratha. Very easy and quick to make both these parathas can be eaten in Breakfast and in Lunch. These are so delicious, fulfilling and can be prepared in very less time. Serve them with Yogurt and Pickle. Let me know how you liked the recipes below in comments. Please check out the recipes: Dough for the parathas Ingredients Whole wheat flour- 2 cup Salt- 1/4 tsp Water- as needed Oil- to smoothen the dough at the end In a large bowl put the whole wheat flour. Put salt and mix well. Now add water little by little while mixing the flour well with your hand until it turns into a soft dough. To finish, put a spoonful of oil and knead the dough until turns smooth. Set it aside to use for making roti or parathas. Serving Size: 2 parathas Aloo paratha Ingredients Potato- 1 medium, boiled and mashed Onion- 1/4 cup, finely chopped Green chili- 1 small, chopped Coriander/Cilantro leaves- 1 tbsp, chopped Ajwain- 1/4 tsp Salt- 1/4 tsp or as per taste Red chili powder- 1/4 tsp Garam masala- 1/4 tsp Amchur powder- 1/4 tsp Butter/Ghee- to pan fry In a bowl put mashed potato. Add all the ingredients and mix well. To make the paratha, make balls out of dough. Take one ball and dust it with flour. Start rolling it with a rolling pin into slightly thick circular roti. Take some of the potato filling, enough to fill in the roti. Make the filling into a ball with your palm and put it inside the roti. Seal the remaining edges of roti thoroughly with your hands. Roll the ball dusting it with flour as needed until slightly thick. Now heat a flat pan and put the paratha on it to cook. Flip the paratha once it is slightly brown from the bottom. As the other side starts to turn brown, take some butter or ghee and fry the paratha from both sides until nicely and evenly cooked. Aloo paratha is ready to eat!! Serve it hot with butter, yogurt or raita and pickle of your choice. Enjoy!! Serving size :2 parathas Gobi paratha Ingredients Cauliflower florets- 3/4 cup, finely grated Ginger- 1/2” , finely grated Green chili- 1 small, chopped Coriander/Cilantro leaves- 1 tbsp, chopped Salt- 1/4 tsp or as per taste Red chili powder- 1/4 tsp Butter or ghee to pan fry In a bowl put finely grated cauliflower. If the cauliflower feels extra wet, squeeze it in your palm to drain excess water. Now add all the ingredients and mix well. To make the paratha, make balls out of dough. Take one ball and dust it with flour. Now roll it slightly thick and take some of the cauliflower filling, enough to fill in the roti. Put a decent amount of filling inside the roti and seal the sides thoroughly with your hands. Roll the ball into slightly thick paratha dusting it with flour occasionally as needed. Now heat a flat pan and put the paratha on it to cook. Flip once it is slightly brown from the bottom. As the other side starts to turn brown take some butter or ghee and fry the paratha from both sides until nicely and evenly cooked. Delicious gobi (cauliflower)paratha is ready to eat!!
