I was wondering why Cerave made a new type of hydrating cleanser. I have noticed that, the hydrating facial cleanser doesn't sell as much as their other cleansers. Which is why they decided to reformulate (my opinion). I took it upon myself to try both cleansers and spot the difference(s). I always advise one to double cleanse by first using a cleansing balm or cleansing oil before a going in with a foaming cleanser at PM.
