We travel to Antelope Island, where for the past ten years Utah State Parks has given away two tags for mule deer on the island. One is a draw tag for the public, the other is for a conservation tag that is auctioned off at the Western Hunting and Conservation Expo. And for the first time ever, a man won the conservation tag for $310,000, and donated it to an Army veteran.
