This week has been relatively smooth sailing as far as treatment goes so starting to think about getting back to work and the future. I also dive into the adaptations I've made tomy diet, sleep, meds, etc to aid my recovery as best as I can. The 88 Challenge is fully back on track now, so just 88 per day going forward with additional work sprinkled in on the days I feel good. The 88 Challenge donations are still coming in nicely, in January I'll be doing the 88 challenge for ‪@TheBrainTumourCharity‬. Each day I'll be doing 88 of something (squats, situps, double unders, suggestions welcome) I'll be mixing it up as much as possible to help with my physical rehab, but each day 88 reps of something will be done.
