Almond Vanilla Toast Ingredients Soaked almonds 15 (peeled) Butter 2 tbsp (room temperature) Powdered sugar 1-2 tbsp Vanilla essence 1/2 to 1 tsp Plain flour 2 tbsp Egg 1 Bread slices 4 Topping: Honey Whipped cream Preparation Preheat the oven to 180°C using upper and lower rod. Add the peeled almonds to a chopper/grinder and grind them. Alternatively you can finely chop them or use pestle and mortar to grind them In a small bowl, add butter, powdered sugar and vanilla essence and whisk until creamy. Add egg and plain flour and mix into thick spread. Apply on bread slices and top with some slivered or chopped almonds. Bake at 180°C for 12 minutes using upper and lower rod. Drizzle some honey on top and serve with some whipped cream. Enjoy!
