What a word, what a statement, what a power: Whoever LIVES and BELIEVES in Me shall NEVER DIE! This came out of the mouth of the Lord Jesus (John 11:26), of whom Paul says "has brought Life and Immortality to the light". For ages and generations man lived by the power of his soulish wisdom, and the strength natural food, and he withered as the grass of the field. But Jesus, a Man endued with the Spirit of God, put to shame death and corruptions, and raised out of the dust, victoriously. He is the Pattern of Life. Now He is here, 'in us', revealing the Mystery of Overcoming Death while being alive, that we may understand the SEED has all it needs within itself. This Seed is 'Christ in You'. Jesus said whoever lives and believes in Me shall never die. Paul calls this a Mystery saying (1 Corinthians 15:51): We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed.
