This week, we took on the Via Ferrata Xtreme at the Honister Slate Mine in the Lake District. It cost £65 per person and is designed to be a 3-hour activity, which ours took, though the duration can vary depending on the group's pace. If you've never tried it, it's definitely worth booking. I'll be honest, the Infinity Bridge scared me a bit as it feels like your not in control. You can pay an additional £20 for photos from the instructor, but it's easy enough to bring your phone and take your own pictures.
