Killer roots tune outta obscure French LP "Raw reggae tape" released in 2013. Even thou short-lived, label KA Records from Lyon in 3-years span (2010-2013) produced 10 releases, full-filled with heavy roots 70s alike tunes recorded with live instruments in a true analog fashion as it was done back in the days on Jamaica. Tight playing and heavy bass-led productions are common for all of their tracks, especially in case of their studio band The Mighty Lions, who recorded a couple of albums - one on a CD-release and this one on LP only - showcasing not only amazing live playing and lyrics, but even DJ-style versioning of the B-sides with catchy phrases and everyday themes - as it is heard on "Honda 125 Dub" version which is an ode to the vintage Honda motor bike. Extremely rare roots and still to be recognized label!
