If you spot a crew in the video it's because Arte TV from Germany filmed Pasta Grannies at work and Ada agreed to be our star granny. Back to the recipe now! This recipe is for 5/6 people. For the dough: 150g 00 flour 150g durum wheat flour 3 eggs Knead it for 10 minutes and let it rest for 15 minutes.
