(I tried my best to "label" them so they're less of a pain to edit and check if you want) As for the "buffs", the black hole that spawns after burst is basically just a modded Venti ult, and his charged attacks spawn Faruzan's skill object (which makes him able to pull enemies with it). All done with some private server tweaking ;). This is my first time doing any kind of Genshin modding, any feedback would be much appreciated!
