WILL IT EVER STOP RAINING?? Driving the Vermont 100 + Ben & Jerry's Factory (RV East Coast Trip)

It is a rainy, dreary day in Vermont, but we are determined to still enjoy ourselves! We are driving the Vermont 100 which is a scenic highway running from a little north of Stowe to Wilmington (north to south). The plan is to drive as much of the 100 as we can and stay in Wilmington... but the rain may put a damper on that. We start in Stowe which is a charming and picturesque town! We love the Main Street here and it really gives the proper feel for the journey as the 100 is also known as 'Vermont's Main Street'. We pop into the local Merchantile... and know were are in trouble! There are so many amazing local products from maple syrup to cheese to cider & beer... yeah we bought a whole bag of stuff! Once on the road, our first stop is the Cold Hollow Cider Mill where we not only see how fresh apple cider is made, but we get to taste it as well... and the oh so delicious apple cider donuts... yes they are worth the hype! Just a little way down the road we stop into the Cabot Farms cheese shop and stock up on some Vermont cheeses. Then, the most famous stop on the Vermont 100, the Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream Factory! Here we try some crazy good flavors of ice cream and pay our respects to those who are no longer with us in the Flavor Graveyard. Unfortunately, the rain got much harder at this point and we decided to call it quits.
