I LOVE SEAFOOD! (if you hadn't noticed haha) This recipe was inspired by Dorothy (Korean mukbanger. I made mine with scallops because they are fancier than regular clams, which she uses in her recipe. Plus, I felt like spoiling myself after the March Madness that I just experienced. Maybe one day, I will be able to share with you if all goes well. Since this recipe was the first time that I made it, I didn't know exactly how it would turn out. I didn't record my cooking because (a) my kitchen lighting and equipment is not great and (b) my cooking could've become a complete FAIL. You guys know me. Cook the noodles in boiling water according to the package instructions. Strain the noodles and rinse well. Drain and set aside. Serve and top with a fried egg, scallion, and Korean chili flake We will laugh together - Comment "Did the ambulance come?"
