Filmed on 25/02/2017. Welcoming everyone to one of the busiest stations on the West Coast Mainline after Birmingham New Street, Manchester Piccadilly (Season 4 Episode 10). A wet and soaking stint at Manchester Piccadilly was worth the hour as a light shed come through the station working light engine. Manchester Piccadilly features Virgin Trains, East Midlands Trains, Arriva Trains Wales, Arriva Rail North and First Transpennine Express heading to a variety of destinations including: Manchester Airport, Liverpool Lime Street, Rose Hill Marple, Buxton, Preston, Glasgow Central, Edinburgh, Newcastle, Middlesbrough, Scarborough, York, Bolton, Norwich, London Euston, Chester, Milford Haven and many more. Trains which were supposed to continue to Blackpool North had their services only heading as far as Preston due to engineering works. Replacement buses was in operation from Preston.
