What Happened to Freddy Fairhair?

We all know that there used to be way more people checking in here, so MASSIVE THANKS TO YOU who are still checking in to see what I'm up to. There are still thousands of people here, and seeing that makes me still floored. In this video I give a short explanation to why the channel slowed down. Believe me, Ive been super confused, for YEARS about what to do. I've felt circle raped by multiple identities: The Youtube prankster, the wanna-be comedian, the travel vlogger, the social freedom guy and the philosophical spiritual guy. And I felt resistance from viewers the further from the first one I got which I totally understand. Most of them subscribed for pranks. If I kept feeding them with funny videos and also kept my extra channel warm I would probably post the vlogs there. My extra channel used to get more views than my main channel videos haha. I dont really whine over that anymore, I actually just feel amazing gratitude for those days. It used to be easy explaining what I did for living: "I'm a Youtuber". But over the past year Ive noticed more hesitance when asked about what I do in life. I usually say something like "I've made videos on Youtube for a while but there hasn't been so much activity going on for the past couple years. I travel a lot and make money coaching guys who want to increase their social skills and confidence". Just like many other pranksters I lost a lot of motivation to make prank videos. So Ive been confused whether to keep posting pranks, travel vlogs or just self help/philosophical videos, whether to start a new channel, a new identity and perhaps see this one die. But enough thinking. Im just gonna act and try different things and see where this all ends up! So if you expect a pure prank channel you might want to unsubscribe which I totally understand. If you choose to stick around, awesome and thanks for your support! I have a lot of dreams and ideas for the years coming. Short term plan: Settle down for a couple months in South Europe, and make videos with GoPro camera on my head. Similar to the GoPro pickup videos Ive made. I want to do more livestreams too, I really enjoy that. When I get meaningful insights I will record prophet style haha. When I travel I'll also vlog a bit from there, but probably give most of the footage to an editor, cause I spent WAY too long editing - often 20-30 hours. Btw let me know if you're an editor, and maybe you can be the one! Long term goal: One dream Im working for is to go to California again, get a van, set up a video podcast studio and bring on Youtubers, comedians, philosophers and other interesting people. I'll probably start with Youtubers and post the podcasts here even though it's still a prank channel, just like Andrew Hales did with his Chatting With show. All I need now is to raise some capital. Not a whole lot is needed. $13-15k is enough for van, podcast studio and lawyer fees for visa. Or maybe I should just get my ass in gear and start the podcast with what I have and where I am.
