USA Vanlife Road Trip Series - Episode 9 State 6: Florida Guys, this is my new favorite vanlife video I've made so far! I hope you love it as much as I do. Florida Vanlife Part 2! In this episode we explore the Everglades National Park and Biscayne National Park in southern Florida. I loved all the wildlife I saw in the Everglades National Park and Big Cypress National Preserve. I spent my first two night in the Big Cypress National Preserve, surrounded by huge birds and alligators. I explored Everglades City and learned about Gladesmen and the history of the Tamiami Trail and the Everglades National Park. Then I spent the night at Cracker Barrel before visiting Biscayne National Park. I spent $80 on a Heritage Tour through Biscayne Bay which includes a visit to Boca Chita Key. I loved the time I spent on Boca Chita Key. It was simple and beautiful. There were no businesses, no hagglers, no hotels, just some tents, some boats, and a gorgeous island! I really recommend taking a trip to Boca Chita Key if you also visit Biscayne National Park!! I went back to the Everglades to explore the southern portion of the park and visit the Flamingo area. I was less impressed by this part of the Everglades National Park and enjoyed the northern area more. Nevertheless, it was still beautiful. Next up: Florida, Part 3: Key West!
