Timberking 1400 Vertical Log Stops Part 2 of 2

Fork Creek Mill – Timberking 1400 Vertical Log Stop part 2 of 2 This video consists of the installation for the vertical log stops that are on the Timberking 2000 mils onto a Timberking 1400 mill. I altered the height of the log stops so that the bunk did not have to be raised so much. The bunk ended up at 31 inches above grade with 15 inches of log stop above the bunk. The power lines off of the battery still need breaker protection for shorts and should be installed. When times allow I intend to change out the 16 tooth drive sprocket from the winch to a ten tooth to make the stops a little quicker. This is not a how to video and is for entertainment only as it just shows what I am doing with my mill. Remember you are responsible for your own safety. All rotating equipment should have proper guards at all times. Band saws, power tools and tractors are inherently dangerous and can be extremely dangerous if not operated properly. YOU, the operator, are responsible for the safe operation of the band saw and tractor. You must carefully read and follow any warnings, safety signs and instructions provided with or located on the band saw or tractor. Do not remove, defeat, deface, or render inoperable any of the safety devices or warnings on the band saw, power tools or tractor. All guidelines for proper setup and use provided by the saw blade manufacturer, power tool manufacturer and band saw manufacturer should be followed. Caution should be taken when using power equipment or tools and all recommended safety precautions from the tool or equipment manufacture should be utilized. It is important to inspect all tools and equipment before each use for condition and that all safety equipment is functioning. Thanks
