Onwards we continue our journey to the stunningly beautiful Banff and Revelstoke, with a few other equally delightful spots for swimming and adventures thrown in for good measure. Our trusted RV looking after us as we navigate our way through the Rocky Mountains as a family of five, with Vancouver set as our final Canadian destination. In Banff we explored the town and visited the world famous Lake Moraine and Lake Louise. Lake Moraine being the personal favourite of the two with blue water unparalleled elsewhere. Johnston Canyon was an unexpected highlight, not only for the majestic power and striking features of the canyon but it's surrounding nature and the beauty of the trail itself, the numerous suspended bridges and secret caves. We would highly recommend this to everyone. Revelstoke appealed, for its Disney esq. Radiator Springs feel and had LOTS of fun things to offer for all the family. The Pipeline Mountain Coaster was tremendous fun! It had the whole family belly laughing and on an adrenaline high as we soared through the alpine forest and steep mountain landscape, what a way to enjoy the local scenery! Be sure to leave at least 4-5 hours to enjoy this adventure as your ticket gives you full access to the gondola for numerous hiking trails, aerial assault course, zip line, axe throwing and disc golf!
