Read my pro tips to speed up your video. 1. Get a good bike, be comfortable on it, set it up so you can push yourself. 2. Get fit. Even if you are not going to win a World Cup, it still helps to be in good shape and your girlfriend won't complain about it. 3. Choose a narrow and fast trail you feel good on. 4. Set up your @Gopro correctly. 1080s, 50fps is what I use. 5. Make sure the conditions are good. Not too dry, not too wet. 6. Practice the section of trail you want to capture. 7. Ride that section pretty much as fast as you can. Don't go fast on the sections you won't show on video. You'll take risks and get tired for nothing. 8. Repeat a couple of times or more if needed until you are happy enough with your riding. 9. Review the footage, choose the best one. 10. Upload on social media and take the comments that say it is speed up as compliments and have some humour.
