You might relate to this... I sure do. When I was younger, I was shy and lacked confidence. I was bullied and moved schools 5 times... I didn't have many friends. I was very reserved and kept to myself. Therefore I didn't talk much and was stuck in my head a lot. This led me to struggle with my communication skills (It didn't help that English was my 3rd language). But I learnt one of the biggest reasons was because since I didn't talk much, it led to a weak mind and mouth connection. It was only through consciously working on my communication skills and trying to strengthen my mind and mouth connection that I was able to start communicating better.
