It's GEHA's lowest premium plan with low copays. You can earn wellness rewards and enjoy plan perk exclusives that support a healthy lifestyle. Elevate also offers chiropractic, acupuncture and mental health coverage. HDHP Our HDHP, high deductible health plan, is an economical plan for savvy savers whose focus is on future medical needs. It offers a low premium with a lower-than-expected deductible. A $1,000 HSA contribution for Self Only or $2,000 for Self Plus One or Self and Family, makes your costs even lower. Our HDHP comes with a health savings account (HSA). Similar to your own personal savings account, you own and control the funds in your health savings account. The money you accrue from GEHA and your own personal contributions (up to the annual maximum) can be used tax-free now or in the future for qualified medical expenses. Your balance rolls over year after year. You never lose it. Standard Standard is our fundamental plan for families of all sizes who want a low deductible and predictable coverage for routine visits. It offers traditional coverage with affordable premiums, low-cost vision services and 100% maternity coverage. Standard is our most family-friendly plan with $0 copays for one preventive primary care physician visit and two urgent care facility visits annually for children under 18. Elevate Plus Elevate Plus is our conventional plan for proactive people who always stay in-network. It offers low copays for non-traditional care, a $200 to $400 deductible and the opportunity to earn rewards through the Rally digital health platform. High High is our dependable plan for people who need maximum coverage. GEHA's High plan works well with Medicare. It offers low copays for doctor visits and has comprehensive prescription coverage. High also offers a Medicare Part B reimbursement up to $1,000 for each qualifying member and waives coinsurance and copays for members enrolled in Medicare Part A and B.
