My first impression of the 2024 Cadillac Lyriq should be the main story here. After all, this is the first time that I am seeing the vehicle up close. But first I had to address something that I had never heard of. The owner really loved his Volkswagen ID.4, but quickly changed gears and sought out another electric vehicle. What happened? His story is amazing and to be honest, you have to hear it from him. To receive an over the air (OTA) update, he had to take it in to the dealer. Plus the update can take up to three or more days to fully upload! I hoped that this was a one time thing. It wasn't.
