On the morning of April 30th, 1989, Pastor Bob Pelley, his wife Dawn, and her two daughters, Janel and Jolene, were found dead in their family home. The first suspect was Bob’s son, Jeff Pelley, who had allegedly been denied the right to go to his school prom by his father, the night before the murders.
