With the wheels back from the powder coater and some killer Bates Baja tires mounted to them, Todd is now ready to put the wheels back onto the Saturday Sportster. But there is a few other small odd jobs you have to do the wheels first before installing them on to the motorcycle. He shows you the proper methods to installing the brake discs and the main drive pulley onto the wheels. You will also see the proper way to mount your front wheel on to your forks and make sure that it center aligns. Doh, there's no shocks, how can we put the rear tire on with no shocks... Don't worry, Todd walks you through the installation for the rear shocks as well and then puts the rear tire on with some fancy new hardware from Colony.
