(I know Ocracoke is spelled wrong as well as Morehead City. You can't trust spell check.🙄🤦🏻) We spent a week on the Outer Banks and did some surf casting. In the process I caught three sting rays, three sharks (all three broke me off) and some monster bluefish. The big ones measured 25" inches to 28 inches I cooked up one of the the stingrays and made fish nuggets. The bluefish I baked in Ritz crackers and also made fish tacos.
