How to plan routes and find charging stations | Mustang Mach-E | Ford Ireland

The FordPass app* lets you plan routes on your phone and send them straight to the Mustang Mach-E Sat-Nav system. The app will plan a route that includes public charging stations and avoids traffic to help you arrive on time and stress free. Enter your destination into the intelligent EV Trip Planner in FordPass and the app will plan a route for you. When calculating the route, FordPass will consider the distance of the journey and the current charge level of your Mustang Mach-E. Then you can see its recommended route, including charging stops along the way. The estimated time of arrival will include breaks you need to take to recharge. You can tap on the charge points in the recommended route to get more information about a particular charging station or change the charging location if you prefer. You can switch between the fastest, shortest, or most economical routes. You can also add extra stops along the way and FordPass will update the route accordingly. Once you’re happy with the recommended route, simply tap ‘Save Trip Plan’ at the bottom of the screen. Your new route will be saved and sent straight to the FordPass Connect modem in your Mustang Mach-E. When you’re ready to get behind the wheel, simply find your saved route using touchscreen display in your Mustang Mach-E. Select your saved trip to begin navigation.
