In this video I show you the evolution of my strength and powerlifting progress over 3 years (2015-2018) in the squat, bench press and deadlift. I know that the strength progression could have been a lot faster, but I made this video to show my genuine bench press transformation, squat transformation and deadlift transformation to hopefully inspire you to keep on going. Natural strength gains take time, especially when you're not a beginner at strength training anymore. I've used a lot of powerlifting programs over these years.
