How To Check & Adjust Valve Clearances on a Triumph Daytona 675R - An Overly Detailed Guide

In this video, we dive into the cylinder head of my 2012 Triumph Daytona 675R race bike to check the valve clearances, and to replace the timing chain for added peace of mind. This bike just just over 15,300 miles on it, and the last 3,000 have been on track. I did the initial check at the 12,000 mile mark, which is the normal valve service interval, but because this bike is only ridden hard, I thought it would be best to make sure everything is still in order during a gap in my racing schedule. While this is a very long video, it goes over every detail I could think or related to this service. Be sure to budget an entire weekend or more if you're doing this job the first time, order as many parts and tools as you can ahead of time, and pick up a service manual!
