Eko Texan - falling apart at the seams

I bought this Texan very cheap because it was in a sorry state. The neck block was no longer attached to the soundboard, leading to two splits in the side. The back was coming off as well. There is little sign of damage, so all I can imagine is that its been left somewhere hot, like a car on a hot sunny day, and glue had started to melt. My first 'proper' guitar was an Eko Ranger 6 (with such high action I really struggled). I still have fond memories of it which maybe why I decided to try and save this Eko. I am still away from home when filming this so all the work has taken place in a caravan. My aim was simply to get it playable again, I will sort the finish when I get back to the workshop.
