If you visit Athens, there are so many things to see and do, the decision on where to stay can be challenging. Kolonaki is within walking distance of downtown, near the Metro stops and has plenty of great Athens restaurants and shopping, close to the Benaki Museum and an easy hike up Lycabettus Hill to see some amazing views of the city.
