In this video I take you on a two bedroom and two bathrooms apartment tour. The leaving space is about 70 square meters big. The bedrooms come with en suite wardrobes and one of them is with a build in bathroom. The integrated kitchen is fully equipped. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Amenities like coffee machine, blender, washer machine, dish washer, fridge, microwave, stove, oven, it even has cutlery, plates, pans and towels. The apartment has a terrace that is overlooking the community pool, the town and the sea. It is facing the sun the most part of the day, which is a great thing especially in the winter, when the sun, literally saves you money on heating. For €1000 a month you don’t only have this beautiful view, but also a free sun heating. Another good thing about it is the hot water heated by the solar panel installed on the roof of the building. The parking lot in the underground parking is in included in the price. The apartment is located in a very good area in Calpe, close to shops, schools, bars, restaurants, promenade and the beach.
