I love a really delicious homemade curry especially when it's chicken tikka masala. Its easy and simple. Everything can be made in the same pan which makes for easy cleanup. Its got a delicious rich, creamy sauce to go with it. It is phenomenal on top of rice and served with garlic naan makes it for a yummy lunch or dinner recipe.
