Yes the frametimes are not perfectly flat, there is some traversal jitching which will manifest as frametime stutters throughout but they can be tolerated (so far) unlike in other games like Jedi: Survivor where they are too annoying. Some areas like Wood Side Apartment reception section seems to run 10-15gfps lower than the rest of the game before you reach that part. No visible reason as to why this is the case.... The game ships with DLSS dll version 3.5.10, be sure to manually update it to 3.7.20 and enable Preset E with DLSSTweaks for the best image quality. There is no NativeAA/DLAA method under Supersampling settings in this game, there is no Reflex either as there's no Frame Generation.
