The problem is, this client had decided to go from blonde, back to chestnut brown, several times over and then BACK to blonde! This results in some breakage. This is something that was discussed beforehand and the client was still happy to go forward with the lightening service. she understood she may need a big chop and some treatments, and still wanted to go blonde anyways. As a hairdresser its important to let your client know all of the risks involved and have a clear set expectation on how the service can go "worst case scenario" Please understand that hairdressers are people too and this is a matter of chemistry, not magic.
