Powerful 10 Min Workout for Women Over 50

This 10 minute at home workout is an "exercise snack" and features all the exercise components critical for women over 50 (and women over 40!) to age well. You'll find moves that support power, agility, dynamic balance, ground forces (for bone density) and HIIT moves as well as posture. This is a great at home energy and metabolism boost. Do this between those days you do strength training or longer HIIT sessions, or instead when you just don't have time! The warm up is short and you may need more. Not all exercise is appropriate for all bodies. You may want to watch first before doing so you can modify as needed.
